Face Yoga has many benefits. It can, when you do it about 6 times a week, 20 minutes daily, reduce lines and puffiness. Ease a turtle neck. Smooth wrinkles, firm your skin and much more.

Mindful Meditation

I offer Guided Mindful Meditation. Only Online Individual Classes.
Mindfulness is a practice to slow down. Let go of negativity, and calm both your mind and body.

The Individual, online, Classes I offer are a combination of Breathing Techniques and Mindful Meditation. Mindful Breathing Mediation.

15-20 Minutes which includes:
– Breathing Excercise
– Relaxation Technique
– Breathing Excercise
– Wellbeing Tip

Online Coaching

Coaching is a form of development in which an experienced person, called a coach, supports a learner or client in achieving their goal(s) and dreams.

Life Coaches believe that the solution is already available to the client. Within himself. He only has to find it. And learn how to take advantage of it.
