The Individual, online, Classes I offer are a combination of Breathing Techniques and Mindful Meditation. Mindful Breathing Mediation.

Mindfulness is a form of meditation. The combination of mindful meditation with specific breathing techniques makes it more powerful.

This form of meditation has many proven benefits. Among them are reducing the following:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Hypertension
  • Insomnia
  • Stress

You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day. Unless you’re too busy, then you should sit for an hour.
